Tina Arcilla, Senior Manager, Community Business
Tina joined Community Business in 2012 and heads the Diversity and Inclusion in Asia
Network (DIAN), the leading network of companies and professionals committed to
advancing diversity and inclusion in Asia. Tina contributes to Community Business’ various campaigns that tackle inequality in the workplace. She is also involved in the work they do around Work-Life Flexibility, CSR and Community Investment, including ENGAGE, a mentoring program for disadvantaged youth in Hong Kong.
She has co-authored and contributed to the organisation’s pioneering, Asia-focused research. Her work takes her around Asia where she does research, conducts workshops, and speaks at conferences on issues like D&I Strategy, Culture, Gender, Disability, LGBT, and broader workplace inclusion. A researcher by training, she has had professional experience in communications, social media, and L&D programmes development and delivery. Prior to Community Business, she was a corporate governance advocate working with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) in Manila.
She is a graduate of Political Economy – International Relations and Development at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She is a recipient of the Gerry Roxas Leadership
